Originally established in the UK in 1995, Buchanan Equipment Ltd is a private engineering company concerned with all aspects of water and process management for commercial, municipal and industrial applications. We provide both consultation and contractual services to enable the design, construction and maintenance of fully integrated water and environmental process systems. Based in Nairobi, we operate throughout East Africa and are committed to engineering solutions that are both ecologically and economically sustainable.
Unlike most other water engineering companies, we make problem solving the core focus of our business. Our in¬house knowledge of chemical, civil and environmental engineering forms the hub of our operation. It is through this that we analyse water samples, perform ‘treatability’ testing and assess existing infrastructure in order to provide tailor made solutions to meet our clients’ specific needs, both technically and financially.
We are able to take a project from the initial concept through to full realisation and final construction or implementation, offering a complete design and build package. We also pride ourselves in our after sales service and maintenance packages that allow our customers the comfort and assurance of a reliable system with consistent results.
